OMERA has been active in the production of machines in the sheet metal-working market since 1951.

The company provides solutions for stamping and forming, offering a complete range of mechanical and hydraulic presses as well as trimming-beading machines.

It represents an international point of reference even for turnkey automatic production lines; these latter are the result of an integration of competences focused on the product besides to a close collaboration between departments and suppliers. Thanks to a well-tested working method, the experience and the organization, design parameters identifying solutions are defined.

The machineries implemented have a very high level of technological content and are optimized to achieve performances and reliability.

The different processing envisaged determines the performances: from the management to the handling of raw material, the definition of scrap evacuation systems, the optimization of space, everything is considered and analyzed. Special attention is paid to the selection of die makers who, according to their experiences and competences, work in coordination with OMERA technicians following active, established and certified procedures.

OMERA has been awarded with the certification of quality ISO 9001 in design and production processes since 1997.
